As we enter December football, that means the NFL playoffs are right around the corner.
Every NFL team is jostling for playoff position and some are even close to clinching a spot.
This weekend, three NFC teams can clinch their spot in the playoffs.
According to Ian Rapoport, the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, and Philadelphia Eagles can all clinch a spot this weekend.
There is a long list of ways that each team can clinch.
But it ultimately comes down to each team winning their game and getting help.

With the Cowboys and Eagles set to play this week, only one of those teams will be in position to clinch barring a tie.
Clinching a playoff spot is good, but each of these teams has something greater on their mind.
Each is still in play for the number one seed in the conference.
That comes with a first-round bye and home-field advantage.
This weekend’s games will go a long way in deciding who gets the top seed.
Dallas must beat Philadelphia to keep their hopes for the NFC East title and number one seed alive.
The 49ers also hope Dallas defeats Philly so they can control their destiny for the top spot.
It is not hard to make the argument that these three teams are the top three in the NFL.
But, only one can secure the top spot in the conference.
It will be interesting to see how the NFC plays out over the final month of the regular season.
