The last few years have been rough for three-time All-Pro safety Jamal Adams as he has gone from the elite class at his position in the NFL to a player who couldn’t stay healthy and on the field for his team.

After making a name for himself with the New York Jets, Adams was looking to carry his success on the gridiron over to the Seattle Seahawks, but he only played a total of 22 games over the course of three years with that team before being on the move once again.

Apparently, with Adams dealing with injuries year after year, the team wanted him to change positions on the football field, which he was not fond of, leading him to leave the team in NFL free agency.

Ultimately, Adams signed with the Tennessee Titans and hopes to resurrect his career with his new team, but he has no hard feelings toward the Seahawks, as he made clear in a recent press conference via Turron Davenport of ESPN.

At this point in his career and the fact he has only played in 10 games over the past two seasons, Adams needs to stay healthy and productive for the Titans, or he could be looking for another job in the league sooner rather than later.

Only time will tell if Adams can reclaim his form as an All-Pro safety, but if he can, the Titans may have gotten the steal of free agency this year.
