Jamal Murray displays confidence as the Denver Nuggets prepare to defend their NBA title against the Los Angeles Lakers in the playoffs.

Murray has faith in the Nuggets’ ability to repeat their championship success, drawing motivation from their strong teamwork and individual readiness.

“I don’t see why we couldn’t. I just have a lot of confidence in us and our group. A lot of confidence in myself. A lot of confidence in Joker. A lot of confidence in my preparation for anything that’s thrown our way,” Murray said, according to Harrison Wind.

The last back-to-back NBA championships were achieved by the Golden State Warriors in 2018, but Murray believes the Nuggets can also accomplish this feat.

With an impressive regular-season performance, securing the No. 2 seed in the tough Western Conference, the Nuggets are ready for another deep playoff run.

Murray’s leadership and skills on the court have been crucial to the Nuggets’ success this season, averaging 21.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game.
