The Cleveland Cavaliers will face Game 7 against the Orlando Magic without big man Jarrett Allen, sidelined with a rib injury. Allen was injured in Game 4 of the Cavs’ first-round series against the Magic and has missed the last two games.
Isaac Okoro started in place of Allen for Game 5’s victory, and JB Bickerstaff plans to keep Okoro in the starting lineup for Game 7, replacing Marcus Morris Sr., who started in the Game 6 loss.
