Here’s Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd on the group’s poor ball movement during Thursday’s 107-89 NBA Finals Game 1 road loss vs. the Boston Celtics.

(via Dallas Mavericks):

Tim MacMahon: “Only nine assists for you guys, just one for Luka. Obviously, those are pretty alarmingly low totals. With the way the Celtics played defensively, how can you guys get the ball moving and create better opportunities?”

Kidd: “Give the Celtics credit, they did a great job tonight defending, making it tough on us. We had some good looks that didn’t go down. We gotta move the ball, the ball just stuck too much. We’ll be better in Game 2.”
