The NFL season might be over, but this league never sleeps, and neither do the teams.
Shortly after the Kansas City Chiefs were crowned Super Bowl champions, New York Jets owner Woody Johnson made sure to make the fans forget that Mecole Hardman — who signed with the Jets this season and was traded later — scored the season-winning touchdown.
He took to Twitter to announce that the team would unveil some new uniforms in April, sharing a video of several players teasing making the Legacy uniforms permanent.

The Jets have had their Gotham Green look for the past five years, but they did wear Legacy White twice last season, including in the season-opening win vs. the Buffalo Bills.
Apparently, the team will also feature a black and green legacy edition next season.
Once again, all eyes will be on the Jets next season.
Aaron Rodgers will be back to full strength, thus making them an obvious and clear-cut Super Bowl candidate.
However, as we’ve seen right now, the AFC has officially become Patrick Mahomes’ playground, so it won’t be easy to get in the way of a potential Chiefs three-peat.
HC Robert Saleh will be under heavy pressure to deliver, and so will his coaching staff.
The Jets’ promising 2023 season suffered a massive setback when Rodgers tore his Achilles on his first drive with the team, but there will be no more room for excuses going forward.
It’s time to get the job done in New York once and for all.
