The Philadelphia Police Department is internally investigating Kelly Oubre Jr.’s recent car accident. They’re examining officers’ responses and actions at the scene. Oubre’s collision involved his Lamborghini and another vehicle after allegedly running a red light. Though cited for a traffic violation, he wasn’t ticketed or given sobriety tests.

The inquiry aims to determine if Oubre received special treatment due to his athlete status. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, and Oubre played in Game 3 against the New York Knicks. He’s considering hiring a personal driver following the incident.
