Week 1 of the new NFL season is now fully in the books, and thus everyone has gotten their first glimpses at how all 32 teams will do between now and February.

There were some surprises and upsets, but it is also a little too early to make assumptions based on those surprises.

Former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson gave his top six NFL teams on Fox Sports 1’s “Speak” as of now, and there wasn’t any real surprise as far as his ranking.

The Dallas Cowboys, who blew out the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, took the sixth spot on Johnson’s list, even though they have some definite roster holes, especially at the running back position.

Even though the Baltimore Ravens lost on Thursday to the Kansas City Chiefs by a toe, they came in at No. 5, and Johnson said he’s confident they would do well against all other teams.

The Detroit Lions struggled to get past the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night, and they came in at No. 4, despite being considered by some to be one of the league’s two best teams.

Johnson put the Philadelphia Eagles, recent NFC champions who shot down the Green Bay Packers on Friday, at No. 3.

The San Francisco 49ers looked outstanding on Monday in their blowout win over the New York Jets even without injured star running back Christian McCaffrey, and they earned the No. 2 spot.

Not surprisingly, the Chiefs, the defending two-time Super Bowl champions, were at the top of Johnson’s list, and they remain the betting favorites to win it all yet again.
