Even before its publication, LSU’s Kim Mulkey is preemptively criticizing an upcoming story about her, as reported by Sports Illustrated’s Pat Forde.
Forde mentioned that the Washington Post is working on a significant piece about Mulkey. In response, Mulkey has vehemently criticized the potential story and the reporter involved, threatening legal action against the outlet if they proceed with what she perceives as a ‘hit piece.’
“I wouldn’t normally discuss media rumors about me, but I felt the need to publicly address what exactly this reporter for the Washington Post has been doing the past several years,” Mulkey said on Saturday.
