Last Friday’s Play-In Tournament game between the New Orleans Pelicans and Sacramento Kings averaged 2.57 million viewers across TNT and truTV.
That number is a 2% increase from last year.
The lead-in game between the Bulls and Heat averaged 2.25 million viewers on ESPN.
Overall, this year’s Play-In Tournament games averaged more than double the viewership of regular season games.
