Kiyan Anthony discusses Bryce James’ performance on the court

Kiyan

Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan, recently opened up about his relationship with LeBron James’ youngest son, Bryce, as they could potentially face each other in the NBA in the future.

Kiyan is considered the top prospect from New York and is ranked 33rd overall in the 2025 recruiting class.

Bryce has also been generating buzz following his recent game with Sierra Canyon at the Avance at L’attitude Classic over the weekend.

Speaking about the younger James, Kiyan praised Bryce’s shooting skills and athleticism.

“He’s a sharpshooter, he can really shoot,” Kiyan said of Bryce.

“When he gets hot, he really doesn’t miss. He’s bouncy. He’s more bouncy than me, I ain’t even gonna lie. I’m not even gonna say he looks like his pops, but it kind of does resemble his pops when he dunks a little bit. We basically grew up together even though he lived in LA.

“But I consider him family, he’s like a cousin to me. My dad and his dad played together on the Lakers. It was a different situation because they weren’t rivals, they were really best friends, but the media always tries to create a rivalry between them.

“It’s not the same with me and Bryce, but everyone wants one of us to be like, ‘Oh, I’m better, oh, I’m way better than him’. We would never say that about each other. We just go out there and compete, and then the comparisons will naturally start flowing in.”

The prospect of watching Bryce and Kiyan face off in the NBA one day, with LeBron and Melo cheering them on from the sidelines, promises to be an epic showdown.
