The New York Knicks’ desire to acquire Karl-Anthony Towns from the Minnesota Timberwolves appears to have diminished over time. Although the Knicks inquired about Towns’ trade availability earlier this year, they did not propose a deal for the talented Minnesota player.
In reality, it has been several years since the Knicks actively pursued Towns. The Timberwolves are currently not open to considering trade offers for Towns, regardless of the interested party.
With a leading position in the Western Conference and the best record in the NBA at 17-4, Minnesota is focused on maintaining its success.
