According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, there is “real doubt” surrounding Kristaps Porzingis’ return in the NBA Finals.
Porzingis was unable to play in Game 3 due to a torn medial retinaculum that caused a dislocation of the posterior tibialis tendon.
Wojnarowski stated, “There is real doubt about Kristaps Porzingis, his availability the rest of this series. It was the Celtics medical staff that ruled him out … despite the fact that he wanted to push through and try to participate in Game 3.”
The Celtics currently hold a 3-0 lead over the Mavs.
