Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly interested in acquiring Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young this offseason, according to NBA insider Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report.

Young, who is known for his offensive skills, could potentially be a valuable addition to the Lakers roster, especially alongside Anthony Davis.

While there are concerns about how Young’s style of play fits with the team, the Lakers are intrigued by the idea of pairing him with their current stars.

With Young averaging impressive stats this season, the Lakers are considering the possibility of pursuing the young All-Star guard to enhance their lineup.

If the move happens, it would give Young the opportunity to showcase his talents on a bigger stage with established players like LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Currently, Young is averaging 25.7 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 10.8 assists per game, with three years left on his contract.
