ECE Triglav Kranj (Liga Nova KBM) inked 26-year old Slovenian 198cm small forward Oman Urban. Urban played most recently at Keflavik IF in Icelandic Subway League. In 31 games he recorded 9.3ppg, 5.9rpg, 2.5apg and 1.7spg last season. He helped them to win the cup and make to league semifinals.

The previous (2022-23) season he played at Helios Suns in Slovenian Liga Nova KBM. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 34 Slovenian Liga Nova KBM games he averaged 8.5ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.1apg and 1.6spg (in top 2) in that year. He contributed to his team making it to both league and Supercup final after they ended regular season as second best team. Great year indeed as he was voted to Eurobasket.com Slovenian League All-Defensive Team. He also played 16 games in ABA League where he got 7.8ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.3apg and 1.4spg in that year.

Urban represented Slovenia at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 Division B in Sofia (Bulgaria) six years ago. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 7 games: 9.6ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.6apg, 1.0spg, FGP: 60.0%, 3PT: 38.5%, FT: 80.0%.
