University of Alberta Pandas Win Fifth Straight National Title

After an undefeated regular season, the UofA Pandas travelled to Montreal to play in the U SPORTS National Championships, where they competed against the top university teams across Canada. After their triumph, they joined an exclusive list of teams to capture five or more consecutive national titles.

Indigenizing Tennis – Making Tennis Accessible to Local First Nations, Summer Smash Tennis and Tennis BC

In Spring 2023, Summer Smash Tennis in partnership with Tennis BC launched the first-of-its-kind “Indigenizing Tennis” pilot project offering fully subsidized tennis programs on-reserve at Squamish Nation.

Arseneault Family Has Big Week!

The Arsenault siblings—twins Mikael and Nicolas, 17, and their older sister Ariana, 22—had a stellar week at multiple tennis events. Ariana reached the quarterfinals in women’s doubles at the National Bank Open in Toronto, Nicolas competed in the qualifying draw in Montreal, and Mikael clinched the U18 National Outdoor Singles Championship.
