Club Joventut Badalona (Liga Endesa) signed 35-year-old Hungarian international swingman Adam Hanga for the upcoming season. Hanga most recently played with Crvena Zvezda in the Serbian KLS league, where he averaged 8.0ppg, 2.9rpg, and 2.4apg in 26 Euroleague games last season, as well as 6.3ppg, 2.3rpg, and 2.6apg in 20 ABA League games.
Hanga was named to the Eurobasket.com Hungarian League All-Newcomers Team in 2008 and 2010. In the previous 2022-23 season, he played for Real Madrid in the Spanish Liga Endesa, contributing 5.0ppg, 1.9rpg, and 1.3apg in 28 games. Hanga also played 27 Euroleague games, averaging 4.2ppg, 1.8rpg, and 1.7apg, helping his team win the Euroleague championship. He was drafted by the San Antonio Spurs in the second round of the 2011 NBA draft.
Hanga has been a member of the Hungarian national team since 2009 and has represented Hungary in various international competitions. He played professionally in Italy, Spain, and Hungary, earning accolades such as the Eurobasket.com Hungarian League All-Newcomers Team in 2008 and 2010.
Club Joventut Badalona’s 2024-25 roster includes guards Kassius Robertson, Keye Van_Der_Vuurst, and Devon Dotson, along with forward Adam Hanga.
