Alonzo Walker

Newly promoted KK Zlatorog Lasko (Liga Nova KBM) strengthened their roster with addition of 28-year old Canadian forward Alonzo Walker (198cm-95kg-1996, college: Portland State) for season 2024-25. Walker played most recently at BC Komarno in Slovakian Nike SBL. In 40 games he recorded 12.0ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.3apg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian Nike SBL Honorable Mention.
The previous (2023) summer he played at River Lions (CEBL) in Canadian league where in 18 games he averaged 3.7ppg and 2.4rpg in 2023 year.
Walker has played also professionally in Georgia (Dinamo) and Iceland (Thor Thorl).
His team won CEBL Eastern Conference Regular Season in 2023.
He graduated from Portland State in 2020 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player. Walker played for other colleges like: Idaho State University, Kent State University, Odessa College.
