National League newcomer Hapoel Migdal Haemek/Emek Izrael/Nazareth Elite inked 27-year old American 201cm Forward/Center Tervell Beck (college: Kent State) for the upcoming season. Beck played most recently at KB Peja in Kosovan Superliga, but left the team in Jan.’24. He managed to play in three leagues last year. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 8 Superliga games he averaged 14.0ppg, 6.8rpg, and 1.4apg. Beck also played 5 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he recorded 10.8ppg, 5.2rpg, and 1.2apg. And finally, he recorded 1 game in Basketball Champions League where he scored an impressive 19 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and made 3 steals.
His team made it to the Kosovo final in 2024.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Valmiera Glass in Latvian LBL. Similarly to the last season, the team also played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In three Latvian LBL games he was the league’s third-best scorer with a remarkable 17.7ppg and contributed 6.0rpg and 1.3spg that year. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Latvian-Estonian Basketball League Honorable Mention for his very good season. He also played 30 games in Lat-Est BL, with high stats: 18.3ppg, 5.8rpg, and 1.3apg in that year. Finally, he contributed to 6 games in the European North Basketball League with notable stats: 19.2ppg, 7.3rpg, 1.2apg, and 1.0spg in that year.
Beck is a very experienced player.
He graduated from Kent State in 2022, and it will be his third season in pro basketball. Beck also played for the University of Nevada – Las Vegas for 2 years.
