Basketball Club Batumi (Superleague) signed experienced 34-year old international power forward Ilia Londaridze (205cm-1989) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Londaridze has played for the last two years at Kavkasia. In 33 Superleague games he had 11.5ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.6apg last season. He helped them to make it to the Georgian League final. 2023-24 was a great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Georgian League Honorable Mention.
Londaridze also represented Georgia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) seven years ago. His stats at that event were 3 games: 0pts.
He has spent his entire career in Georgia playing for seven other teams: Dinamo, Rustavi, Maccabi Tbilisi, Kutaisi, MIA Academy, BC GAU Tbilisi and Kutaisi. Londaridze won Georgian League championship title in 2013, 2017 and 2018 and the cup in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2021. He was voted to Eurobasket.com Georgian League All-Domestic Players Team back in 2018 and 2019.
