The Los Angeles Lakers (11-9) faced their ninth loss of the season, falling to the Oklahoma City Thunder with a score of 133-110 on Thursday night.

Despite notable performances from Anthony Davis, who contributed 31 points and 14 rebounds, and LeBron James, who recorded 21 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists, the Lakers struggled to contain the Thunder’s offensive prowess.

The Lakers, currently dealing with multiple injuries, were without key players such as Cam Reddish, Rui Hachimura, Jaxson Hayes, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Gabe Vincent. The absence of these crucial contributors added to the challenges faced by the Lakers in the game against the Thunder.

Following the defeat, James expressed his uncertainty about the team’s identity. “I have no idea what we are. How? We don’t have our group yet. I know what some of us individually are, but not as a team yet,” he said, per Lakers Nation.

The four-time NBA champion acknowledged the ongoing process of forming a cohesive unit, emphasizing the need for the Lakers to find their collective identity.
