After an impressive performance during the 2022 NFL season, with head coach Brian Daboll being able to turn things around for the storied franchise, the 2023 NFL season was thought to be another solid year for the New York Giants.
The Giants seemed to have everything going for them heading into the 2023 campaign, but in the end, the season turned out to be a disaster as they couldn’t contend in the NFC and ended up missing the NFL playoffs entirely.
Needless to say, the Giants brass headed into the NFL offseason with high hopes of making some moves in order to get this team back on track as a force to be reckoned with in the NFC and potentially the team to beat in the NFC East division.
Unfortunately for New York, the team didn’t make any major splashes, as they lost arguably their best player in free agency to a division rival, with superstar running back Saquon Barkley signing with the Philadelphia Eagles.
However, all wasn’t lost for the Giants as they were able to bring in one of the most talented rookie wide receivers in the 2024 draft class, with the team selecting Malik Naber out of LSU with their first-round pick.
Even though Nabers seems to have a bright future ahead as presumably the No. 1 option in the passing game in New York, he could be a problem off the field, as he was recently seen without a care in the world throwing up a ton of money at a strip club via Dov Kleiman.

It is a common occurrence in professional sports today and in the past that some players, no matter how talented they are and how much potential they have, can’t help themselves off the gridiron.
To make matters worse, Nabers plays in New York, where these things are amplified on another level, which might not be a good start to the rookie’s NFL career.
