The 2024 NFL season has been an interesting one through the first three weeks as offenses around the league are struggling to put up points.

Scoring is down, igniting conversations as to whether this is due to evolving defenses or a lack of quality quarterback play.

The latter seems to be a good place to start, as outside of players like Josh Allen, quarterbacks around the NFL are finding it harder to get into the end zone through the air.

Even after a vaunted 2024 NFL Draft class that featured Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels, the league still seems short on quality signal-callers who can move the football at will.

With that in mind, analysts are looking toward the 2025 NFL Draft class and a few quarterback prospects worth keeping an eye on.

One player to watch is Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe, who recently received praise from ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr.

“He is a heck of a football player and he’s a great kid off the charts,” Kiper said, via Freddie and Harry.

Kiper discussed how Milroe had his ups and downs last season, but goes on to explain that the prospect has improved in areas of his game.

He highlighted Milroe’s accuracy on the deep ball, which has impressed scouts, and also praised his composure and confidence.

Milroe seems to be raising his stock each and every week and could be an intriguing option for teams picking early in next year’s draft.
