The Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges has revealed that he faced mental struggles towards the end of the season, admitting that his headspace was not in the right place.
He acknowledges feeling less resilient and positive than he should have been, attributing his mental fatigue and diminishing confidence to affecting his performance.
“I didn’t have the right headspace… I wasn’t as strong and positive as I should’ve been… Towards the end, being so beat up mentally and lacking confidence, I think that hurt me,” Bridges said.
