New York Knicks guard Miles McBride has secured a luxurious apartment at West Chelsea’s One High Line for $15,500 per month, as reported by Mary K. Jacob of the New York Post.
One High Line has seen an impressive $800 million in sales during the first half of 2024, with a substantial $52 million penthouse sale in the summer.
McBride’s new 1,600-square-foot residence is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit. The 24-year-old was assisted by Douglas Elliman’s Ben Jacobs and Jessica Chestler in finalizing the contract with One High Line.
The landlord was represented by Alyssa Brody and William Kuchins from the Development Marketing Team. The living space boasts oak chevron floors, Molteni kitchen designs, and a Gaggenau appliance package.
Marble accents, Calacatta Gold countertops, Saint Laurent marble borders, and a Kaldewei soaking tub are among the additional features in the unit.

In the primary suite, McBride enjoys motorized blackout shades, custom furniture from RH and William Yoaward, and a spacious walk-in closet from California Closets. The ensuite bathroom offers marble floors, radiant heat, and a large tub.
The second bedroom includes a marble-clad bathroom with radiant heat. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, custom rugs, and a marble dining table.
Residents of One High Line can access high-end amenities such as a lap pool, a golf simulator, and services from the upcoming Faena Hotel.
Even with the costly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit, McBride can comfortably afford the Bjarke Ingels-designed living space.
With a three-year, $13 million contract extension in December 2023, McBride’s average annual salary is $4.33 million, according to Spotrac. He is set to earn a base salary of $4.71 million for the 2024-25 season.
In the previous season with the Knicks, McBride played 68 games (14 starts), averaging career highs of 8.3 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 19.5 minutes per game. He also achieved career-best shooting percentages of 45.2% from the field, 41% from 3-point range, and 86% at the free-throw line.
McBride scored a career-high 29 points in the Knicks’ 119-112 win against the Golden State Warriors on March 18 and in a 145-101 victory over the Toronto Raptors on March 27. In the game against Toronto, he shot 10-of-17 (58.8%) from the field and made a career-high nine 3-pointers on 14 attempts (64.3%).
