The draw for the 2024 U.S. Open Cup Round of 32 has been finalized as U.S. Soccer announced the matchups for May’s competition. Eight MLS clubs, including LAFC, Atlanta United, Seattle Sounders, and FC Dallas, will enter the competition at this stage. New York City FC II is the only MLS NEXT Pro side remaining after advancing through three rounds of the tournament.
Reigning MLS Cup finalists LAFC will face Las Vegas Lights FC, Atlanta United will host Charlotte Independence, and Seattle Sounders will welcome Louisville City FC in the Round of 32. Defending champions Houston Dynamo will take on Detroit City FC, and Sporting KC and Real Salt Lake complete the list of MLS teams participating.
Union Omaha, South Georgia Tormenta, and Charlotte Independence are the remaining USL League One clubs in the competition.
