TPC Scottsdale is home to the Waste Management Phoenix Open, known as the “greatest show on grass.” According to golf apparel company Galvin Green, it is now also considered one of the “most picturesque” golf courses in the United States. TPC Scottsdale ranked No. 10 on the list of most picturesque courses in the country based on the number of Instagram-tagged posts mentioning the course. The company found that TPC Scottsdale had 24,512 tagged posts through July 24, 2024, placing it behind nine other courses. The company described TPC Scottsdale as a visually stunning and demanding test of golfing skill, with a blend of desert landscape, strategic bunkering, and challenging water hazards.
