Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner believes that Obi Toppin is playing consistently well right now, averaging 15.8 PPG/5.8 RPG/1.8 APG/1.0 SPG/1.0 BPG/65.3% FG/47.8% 3-PT/80.0% FT over the last five games.

(via Indiana Pacers):

Reporter: “How well is Obi playing right now? He’s scored in double figures for five straight games and is also providing an energy boost.”

Turner: “Just as consistent as anybody in the league I think. I think he’s shot the ball so much better than I expected and whatnot. Playing against him in New York, I didn’t realize he can shoot the ball as well as he does. And you’re right, he brings that level of energy, consistency, and a lot of defensive versatility as well. So he’s definitely stepped up to the call this year, and I’m glad he’ll get his moment in these playoffs this year as well.”
