The NBA is changing its policy to allow scouts at a high school basketball event in Las Vegas during the In-Season Tournament, part of a partnership with Nike.

Scouts will attend five Nike EYBL Scholastic Showcase Games, including a matchup between Montverde Academy and Link Academy featuring top prospect Cooper Flagg.

This marks a departure from the league’s previous restrictions on scouting high school games, a policy in place since the early to mid-2000s.
