Kelly Oubre Jr. encountered a double setback on Monday night: first, his team, the Sixers, lost a playoff game to the Knicks, and then he suffered a car accident involving his cherished Lamborghini. The crash occurred around 1:45 AM on Tuesday, shortly after the Sixers’ defeat at Madison Square Garden.

According to the Philadelphia Police Dept., Oubre’s 2021 matte purple Lambo ran a red light and collided with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but both vehicles sustained damage and had to be towed from the scene. The Sixers confirmed they were aware of the incident.
