It has been a rough week for the New York Jets.

They lost their third game of the season in London on Sunday which came at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings.

On Tuesday, head coach Robert Saleh was shockingly fired.

Now, the team will move forward with interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich taking over.

All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner has seen enough negativity, which is why he recently deleted social media (per insider Ari Meirov).

The good news is that Gardner only deleted his social media for that reason.

Usually, when a player decides to get rid of their social media, it means he is unhappy with the team and either wants to be traded or desires a new contract.

The star defender, like the rest of the team, is looking to put this week behind them.

Fortunately for Gang Green, they have a great opportunity to flip the script this week.

They will face the rival Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football at home.

The winner of that game will have sole possession of first place in the AFC East.

So for as inconsistent as the team has performed thus far, the narrative can change in one week.

Look for the likes of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Gardner, wide receiver Garrett Wilson, defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, and the rest of the veteran stars to step up in the wake of a tough week.

At this point, the Jets got a real wake-up call with the firing of Saleh and are going to have to be even more ready to play on Monday night.
