<p>Paul George is consulting with doctors this week about possibly undergoing procedures for his groin and knee injuries. George is expected to reach a decision early next week.</p>
<p>George is in the first season of a four-year, $212 million deal he signed with the Philadelphia 76ers last July. George is averaging 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 41 games.</p>
<p>The Sixers have already lost Joel Embiid for the remainder of the 24-25 season.</p>
