Pistons end historic 28-game losing streak

The Detroit Pistons broke their 28-game losing streak in the NBA, tying the record set by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Cade Cunningham’s outstanding performance with 30 points and 12 assists led them to a 129-127 victory over the short-handed Toronto Raptors. Jalen Duren contributed 18 points and 17 rebounds, while Kevin Knox II added 17 points.

Despite Toronto’s efforts, with Pascal Siakam scoring 35 points and Dennis Schroder adding 28, the Pistons secured the much-needed win, stopping their winless streak since October 28.
