According to transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United is keeping an eye on Sevilla wideman Juanlu Sanchez, with Real Madrid also showing interest in the versatile forward.
Manchester United Is Scouting Juanlu Sanchez But A Deal Is Not In The Works
Reports from the Spanish press indicate that Manchester United and Real Madrid are scouting Sevilla youngster Sanchez. There have been suggestions that United has been in contact with the player’s representatives.
However, Romano suggests that there is currently nothing substantial to report on regarding a potential deal for Sanchez, as both Man Utd and Madrid are in the early scouting stages. Romano shared in his Daily Briefing column for CaughtOffside:
“One name coming up as well as Eze is Sevilla winger Juanlu Sanchez, mentioned as a target for the Red Devils and also for Real Madrid in the Spanish press. For now, however, there is nothing concrete about it.
“We’ve had many links every day but the reality for the moment is that there are no talks, no negotiations – it’s just normal scouting and nothing else.”
