Hapoel Holon (Winner League) added 32-year old American center Michale Kyser (208cm-97kg-1991, college: La Tech) for the new 2024-25 season. Kyser is returning to Hapoel Holon, where he has played before. Last season he played in three leagues in three countries, including with Program for Autism (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S.
Kyser spent most of last season at Wilki Morskie in Polish OBL, with impressive averages of 9.8ppg, 5.8rpg, and 1.0bpg in 23 games. He also played for Samsun in Turkish BSL, posting 10.9ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.8apg, and 1.4bpg in 12 games.
Kyser, a former Louisiana Tech University star, was drafted by Lakeland Magic (G-League) in the first round in 2019. He is now entering his tenth season in pro basketball.
Kyser has had a diverse career, playing in eight different countries across three continents including Canada, Cyprus, Greece, Latvia, Lebanon, Spain, and both the NBA and NBA G League in the United States.
