Urban Latti Kiryat Ata (Winner League) signed 25-year old Angolan international forward Silvio de Sousa (206cm-113kg-1998, college: Chattanooga) for upcoming 2024-25 season. de Sousa played last season at Aris in Greek GBL league. In 29 games he had 7.1ppg and 4.4rpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. de Sousa also played 19 games in Eurocup where he recorded 7.7ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.2spg.
His team won Big 12 Regular Season in 2018 and 2020.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Chorale de Roanne in French Betclic ELITE ProA. In 33 games he averaged 8.9ppg and 4.9rpg in that year.

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-World Cup U19 Honorable Mention back in 2017.
de Sousa graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2022 and it will be his third season as a professional player. His team won Big 12 Regular Season in 2018 and 2020. He played also for University of Kansas for 3 years.
