Professional Football Player Confesses to Wearing Inauthentic Jewelry

Analyst Names The Top-5 CBs In The NFL

Plenty of pro athletes love to wear bling as both a fashion statement and to flaunt the immense wealth they have earned through their hard work and perseverance.

However, there are those people who wear fake jewelry in an attempt to come off as more elite, financially and otherwise, than they really are.

New Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields made a strange admission — that he not only wears fake jewelry, but that he only wears such items bought from Amazon.

One would think Fields would have more than enough money to afford real, high-quality jewelry that would make a positive impression on people.

While he’s still on his rookie contract, he made nearly $1.2 million last year and will make $1.6 million this year, which is the type of annual income almost everyone else can only dream of.

After three disappointing years with the Chicago Bears, the No. 11 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft will get to start with something of a clean slate in Pittsburgh.

While he will be backing up future Hall of Famer Russell Wilson, some expect him to eventually supplant Wilson as Pittsburgh’s QB1 by the end of the regular season.

The Steelers seem to have the makings of a dark horse team — Wilson is starting off with his own clean slate after two abysmal years with the Denver Broncos, and while their offense may be no better than solid, they have numerous studs on defense.

Pass rusher T.J. Watt continues to terrorize opposing signal-callers, while rising star linebacker Patrick Queen is now a member of the team, and it also has a promising young cornerback in Joey Porter Jr.
