Christian Pulisic’s Serie A campaign concluded with the U.S. men’s national team star adding to his impressive stat line this season.
Assisting once in AC Milan’s 3-3 home draw with Salernitana, Pulisic played 90 minutes in his right midfield position. The 25-year-old won seven duels, drew one foul, and completed four dribble attempts as the Rossoneri secured one point in their season finale at the San Siro.
Pulisic provided a near post cross in the 77th minute, which was finished off by Davide Calabria, giving AC Milan a 3-1 lead. However, Salernitana fought back to tie the match with only minutes to play.
Pulisic’s first season in Serie A saw him total 15 goals and 11 assists in all competitions. After a positive end to his club campaign, Pulisic will now focus on upcoming USMNT involvement this June.
In Italy, Tim Weah played the full match in a 2-0 Serie A win for Juventus. Tanner Tessmann scored in the Serie B promotion playoffs as Venezia advanced in the competition.
In Scotland, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Celtic emerged victorious in the Scottish Cup final over rivals Rangers.
