Review of American Players Overseas: Cowell, Pulisic, and Others

Americans Abroad Midweek Rewind: Cowell, Pulisic, and more

Cade Cowell continues to shine for Liga MX side Chivas as he scored his fourth league goal in a 3-2 victory over Necaxa on Tuesday. The U.S. men’s national team forward returned from injury last Saturday and made a significant impact in this match, scoring with a right-footed finish in the 50th minute to help Chivas secure the win.

Despite entering the game at halftime while his team was down 1-0, Cowell managed to turn the tide and contributed two duels won, two dribbles completed, and boosted his confidence with his performance.

Chivas will face Puebla next in their league match on Friday.
