Robert Saleh Reveals Why Aaron Rodgers Is Not At Minicamp

The New York Jets’ season can’t start soon enough.

The team and the fans are hyped up about the 2024 season, and if this sounds familiar, that’s because it is.

That was the case as well last season but, unfortunately, their excitement was only there for about four snaps.

But now that Aaron Rodgers is back to full strength, once again, the expectation is that this team will be able to compete for a Super Bowl.

With that in mind, some were concerned about the fact that their future Hall of Famer quarterback wasn’t there for minicamp.

However, there’s nothing bad going on right now, at least, according to HC Robert Saleh.

When asked about Rodgers’ absence, the coach simply stated that Rodgers had been excused as he needed to attend an event that was important to him (via Albert Breer).

Hopefully, he won’t be dealing with anything major, and he’ll be back with the team and fully focused in no time.

Rodgers has taken a hands-on approach since arriving in New York and has been quite proactive and involved with the team, even when he was out with an injury, so he should continue to have the same mindset and demeanor when he comes back, whenever that happens.
