Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert has been hit with a significant $100,000 fine by the NBA for his recent comments directed at game officials.
The NBA’s Executive Vice President, Joe Dumars, announced the hefty penalty, citing Gobert’s inappropriate gesture and public criticism of officiating during and after the Timberwolves’ recent overtime loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
