Select the Best Lineup for Team USA in the Match Against Colombia

Choose the USMNT starting XI against Colombia

Copa América is almost here. The USMNT will start things off with a friendly against Colombia at 5:30pm on Saturday, June 8 at Commanders Field (65,000 capacity) in Landover, MD, 5 miles east of Washington, DC.

Something is going to have to change in the USMNT starting lineup with starting right back Sergiño Dest unavailable due to injury. There are a number of players who could slide into that RB spot – Joe Scally, Tim Weah, Weston McKennie, Chris Richards, Shaq Moore, or even Yunus Musah. How would you approach that decision, and how do you find the best option at right back without weakening the rest of the field?

What about the midfield? Do Tyler Adams or Johnny Cardoso make the starting XI? Does Folarin Balogun get the nod up top, or do you start Josh Sargent or Ricardo Pepi instead?

The choice is yours! Make your picks, and then hit the comments to let us know what other thoughts you have about it! Our last lineup poll got 524 responses – let’s see if we can get even more this time! Looking forward to seeing the results.
