Serge Ibaka put on a stellar performance for FC Bayern Munich, leading them to a 90-76 victory over Virtus Segafredo Bologna in Round 11 of the 2023-24 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.

This marked Bayern’s third win in the last four games, and Ibaka’s outstanding display earned him the MVP of the Round accolade.

In his return to the competition this season, Ibaka showcased his prowess by achieving career highs of 24 points and 13 rebounds, securing his first double-double in EuroLeague play.

He demonstrated remarkable accuracy, making 9 of 12 two-pointers, successfully sinking his only three-point attempt, and converting all 3 free throws.

Additionally, Ibaka contributed defensively with 2 blocks, resulting in a personal-best Performance Index Rating (PIR) of 34.

This remarkable performance not only earned him his first MVP award but also marked Bayern’s first MVP of the Round since the 2020-21 season.
