In a tenure marked by coaching changes, Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks seems to have found stability and respect in the form of new head coach Quin Snyder.
Since his NBA debut in 2018, Young navigated through four different coaches, including Lloyd Pierce, Nate McMillan, Joe Prunty, and now, Snyder.
NBA insider Shams Charania notes that with Snyder’s appointment, Young finally has a coach he respects, describing Snyder as a “superstar head coach in Atlanta.”
“Trae Young finally has a coach that he can look at, he can respect, someone that’s thought of as a superstar head coach in Atlanta… Eventually the wins are going to have to be there,” Charania said on Run It Back.
