Manchester United Staff Unhappy with Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s Arrival
The INEOS CEO, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, recently won the bid to become the new minority shareholder at Manchester United. Along with his team, he is seeking to revive the club’s former glory.
However, some tough decisions made by Ratcliffe, including staff cuts and stopping Sir Alex Ferguson’s salary, have caused unrest among the longest-serving employees at the club.

According to journalist Alex Crook, morale among the long-serving staff members at United has significantly dropped due to Ratcliffe’s decisions.
“He’s [Ratcliffe] made a lot of changes behind the scenes,” Crook told talkSPORT.
The future of Erik Ten Hag, United’s manager, is also uncertain, with the upcoming Europa League match against Fenerbahce being a crucial factor in determining his fate at the club.
