Social Media’s Response to Trump and Biden Discussing Golf During Debate

Social media reacts to Donald Trump, Joe Biden talking golf at debate

A little bit of everything can happen at a presidential debate. And on Thursday night, when former President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden were debating ahead of the 2024 Election this fall, the conversation turned to golf. Biden said when he was vice president, he got his handicap down to a 6. That got quite a reaction from Trump, who’s an avid golfer himself. Then Biden said he was happy to play golf with Trump if Trump would carry his own bag. Trump said Biden calling himself a 6 handicap was his “biggest lie of all.” The conversation didn’t stop there, and the video is too good to pass on watching.

As you can guess, social media went crazy when the conversation turned to golf. Here are some of the best reactions.

That’s it folks. Cancel the election. Let’s settle this on the golf course. Winner takes all. The only way to do it. The fact that two old white dudes lasted nearly 90 minutes without talking about golf is the real shock — Will Knights (@willknightsTFE) June 28, 2024
