The Houston Texans shocked the NFL last year by having a fantastic season under first-year head coach DeMeco Ryans.

They won 10 games, the AFC South, and a playoff game for the first time since 2019.

Of course, Pro Bowl quarterback C.J. Stroud will get all the headlines because of his great play as a rookie last year.

However, one of his key playmakers, soon-to-be second-year wide receiver Tank Dell, had a fantastic rookie year before fracturing his fibula in Week 13, ending it.

The former third-round pick caught 47 passes for 709 yards and seven touchdowns.

Not only were those stats impressive before his injury, but according to The 33rd Team, Dell was the only receiver from a year ago weighing under 185 pounds to average more than two yards run per route.

Despite his small frame, the former Houston Cougar was able to be a great weapon for Stroud and Co.

Having 709 yards through just 11 games, Dell was on track for 1,000 yards as a rookie.

This could prove that he is one of the rising stars in the league.

Not only does Stroud have him at his disposal, but he also has a near-1,300-yard receiver in Nico Collins and All-Pro Stefon Diggs, who Houston traded for earlier this offseason.

Oh, it doesn’t hurt having an 11-year veteran and former Super Bowl champion in Robert Woods as your No. 4 wide receiver either.

This Texans offense has a chance to be very fun to watch over the next few years.
