Greek prospect Neoklis Avdalas is taking the internet by storm thanks to his playing style being remarkably similar to that of Luka Doncic.
Avdalas’ new-found fame stems from a Swish Cultures video of him playing just like Luka at Basketball Without Borders during All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis.

The similarities don’t end there either. Avdalas even has the same tattoo as Doncic, and on the same part of his arm.
In fact, he plays so much like Doncic that many fans online believed he was Luka’s brother, thanks to a post from X account “NBA Centel”, a fake version of “NBA Central”.
The fake post even said Avdalas name was “Nuka Doncic”, just to take the trolling to the next level. And sure, he may not be Luka’s brother, but his highlights are well worth a look.
Avdalas is a 6’7 guard who will be NBA draft-eligible in 2025, although he signed a five-year contract with Greek powerhouse Panathinaikos as recently as 2022.
While Avdalas’ game tape makes for a great watch, he’s currently a long way off NBA stardom, with NBA Draft Room currently listing him as the 104th best prospect in the 2025 class.
Of course, a lot can change between now and then, and it might not be wise to count out a man who’s channelling Luka to such an extreme extent.
