Chelsea vs Tottenham: TV channel and kick off time

Chelsea welcome Tottenham to Stamford Bridge on Thursday night in this rearranged fixture. The Blues will look to maintain their fine home record against their London rivals, incidentally on the eight-year anniversary of the Battle of the Bridge.

Chelsea fought back well to draw 2-2 draw Aston Villa last weekend, though will have felt aggrieved not to have claimed all the spoils at Villa Park after Axel Disasi saw a late goal ruled out. Spurs, meanwhile, lost to title chasing Arsenal on home turf having battled back from 3-0 down to ultimately lose 3-2.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are ravaged by injuries heading into tonight’s game in west London with it reported that the Argentine has just 11 senior players to call upon. Raheem Sterling, Christopher Nkunku are the closest to returning but Pochettino is without the likes of Disasi, Thiago Silva, Levi Colwill, Reece James, Wesley Fofana and Malo Gusto in defence.

Elsewhere, Enzo Fernandez, Romeo Lavia and Lesley Ugochukwu are also absent. There won’t be a reunion for former Chelsea man Timo Werner either after the German was forced off in the first half against Arsenal, and his season, along with left-backs Ben Davies and Destiny Udogie, is over.

Fraser Forster, Manor Solomon and Ryan Sessegnon are long-term absentees for Ange Postecoglou as they look to get back to winning ways.
