It is always fascinating to see if a once-retired player can make a comeback to join the team that he made his name with.
This might be the case with legendary pass-rusher J.J. Watt.
With the Houston Texans on the rise, is there a chance Watt could come back to join the team for a possible Super Bowl run?
GM Nick Caserio recently joined “Up & Adams” to chat about the possibility of that happening.
“We’ll see…DeMeco (Ryans) has an open door policy for JJ,” Caserio said.

For those that are unaware, Watt became one of the greatest defensive players in NFL history with the Texans.
After getting drafted in the first round by Houston out of Wisconsin in 2011, Watt would go on to have a magical 10-year run with the team.
He is the franchise’s all-time leader in sacks (101.0) and forced fumbles (25).
He also won three Defensive Player of the Year awards.
In five of his seasons with the franchise, he recorded at least 10.5 sacks.
In two seasons, he recorded 20.5 sacks.
His tenure with the Texans was so great that he was named a member of the league’s 2010s All-Decade Team.
By most accounts, Watt is the greatest player in franchise history.
He played with current head coach DeMeco Ryans back in 2011 when Watt was a rookie.
If he continues to stay in shape as Houston continues to win, perhaps he would join the team for a playoff run.
With Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter serving as the starting edge-rushers, Watt could come in and spell them in a possible backup role.
